Fridays & Saturdays: 7pm – 11pm
Sundays: 7pm – 10pm
Refund Policy
We cannot offer refunds for your ticket purchase (except in the event we cancel a night of the haunt due to weather or other circumstances), but we are happy to exchange your unused haunt entry ticket for any other night this season.
Haunt Rules
1. This haunt is not intended for young children or the faint of heart. The recommended minimum age is 13+, and it may be considered too intense for some guests.
2. Enter at your own risk
3. No smoking
4. No running, pushing, or shoving
5. No food or drinks allowed in the attractions
6. No outside food or drinks (including alcoholic) allowed onto the property
7. No photography, cameras, or filming allowed inside the attractions
8. No weapons (knives, firearms, knuckles, etc.)
9. No backpacks, purses, or other bags
10. Lost or misplaced items will not be returned until the end of operations
11. Costumes and masks are not allowed
12. Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to enter the attractions
13. Do not touch the actors – THEY WILL NOT TOUCH YOU
14. Do not touch any props or decorations
15. Have fun and scream as much as you want!
